best tip: practice everyday, for at least a couple of hours.
Getting things down in 2 hours is not a matter of brushes, or software, its a matter of working efficiently and understanding color, composition, and lighting and executing those well each drawing. Just as KingCloud has done here
However I am willing to bet from I see in this drawing is he uses the default round brush in photoshop for at least parts of it
